Oak Run Rules & Regulations

A. General Rules, Article 3


To maintain harmony of exterior appearance no one shall make any changes to, place anything on, affix anything to or exhibit anything from any part of the Condominium or Association property visible from the exterior of the buildings or from the common elements without prior written consent of the Directors.


The OR Board has unanimously reaffirmed that continuity of design of our entrance ways including the décor of matching doors both in hardware and color is important to maintain. The door color will remain white and Schlage antique brass hardware will continue to be maintained throughout.


New Technologies

With the advent of new technologies that obviously benefit our owners the Board has addressed the issues of Keyless Door Pads, Video Door Bells and “Smart Lock" hardware. The following are approved but do require Property Management Approval.
